Silver Springs, a large park and amusement center near Ocala, Florida, is named for the large natural spring which starts here in this small bay.  The mouth of the spring emits almost 3,000,000 gallons of fresh spring water a day.

It has glass-bottom boast tours...

Various cutesy displays...

And the worlds strangest tree, a horseshoe-shaped palm that supposedly grants wishes if you stand in the center...

It was in the park / forest preserve area that Jennifer and I got lost for nearly 3 hours.
